Once confirmed, you will receive an email with a credit card authorization form attached; once that has been faxed back to our office we will forward a letter of confirmation showing all details.

Once we have confirmed your reservation; IF PAYING BY PERSONAL CHECK, CASHIER’S CHECK or MONEY ORDER The payment must reach us within the allotted 24-hour quote period. We suggest you use overnight mail or overnight service. Please complete and fax us your signed the Check Booking Form, within the same 24-hour quote period.

Confirmation of your booking will be forwarded to you within 2 business hours of completing your reservation.

 Travel Protection is offered and covers cancellation penalties that will be accessed if a trip is cancelled up to 24 business hours prior to departure due to medical reasons. It covers both parties traveling, along with immediate family members. This policy is not refundable and is highly recommended. Rates start as low as $59 per person.

Final Payments

If paying by credit card Your final payment will be due, in our office 60 days prior to your departure date (We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).

If paying by cashier’s check or money order Your final payment will be due, in our office 60 days prior to your departure date.

If paying by personal check Your final payment will be due, in our office 60 days prior to your departure date.

Your documents which could include airline tickets (if ordered through us), transportation vouchers and your resort vouchers, are sent to you between approximately 14 to 21 days prior to departure. (We must have an address that can sign for delivery of your documents).
