MOSAIC
A fresh concept in custom-made
cuisine, this Mediterranean-influenced restaurant features action
cooking stations to prepare dishes on demand, from fresh fish to
churassco. Designed by Jeffrey Beers, the restaurant changes form
day to evening utilizing light to play off the polished chrome,
wenge wood and limestone.
A unique water wall of stone and glass uplit from blue agate pools
below adorns the entrance. An uplifting, inviting space, a colorful
mosaic of tiles inspired by the spectrum of earthly hues found in
sea, sand and sky are set against chic dark wenge wood. Chefs
prepare made-to-order dishes at a large square center cooking area
with ivory quartz countertops. Sheer drapes allow for magnificent
waterscape views.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open daily.
