Dining at 9 Beaches Bermuda is just
what you would expect - the Unexpected.
Here you will enjoy an eclectic mix of
dishes with a range of international influences. Our new Executive
and his team have excellent relationships with local fisherman which
means you will dine on the finest quality and freshest fish
available in Bermuda.
Whether it's fresh caught swordfish
in a mouthwatering olive jus or a piping hot pizza on the beach you
want, 9 Beaches can accommodate you.
Our main restaurant, Hi Tide is
open for breakfast from 7.30am till 10.30am. Each morning you will
wake to great coffee and a fresh (and free) hot breakfast buffet.
Sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean it's the ideal way to
start your Bermudiful Day.
Dinner is also served at Hi Tide
beginning at 6.30 pm where you have a choice of eating either inside
or on the terrace around the pool. We do recommend you reserve a
table in advance to guarantee the time you desire.
Dark 'n Stormy's our beach bar and
grill offers incredible views of the may shades of blue of the wide
Atlantic Ocean. Although Dark n' Stormy's is not open for service in
December, guests are welcome to sit on the deck and enjoy food or
beverages by simply making a phone call to A la Carte, who will
deliver anywhere on the resort - including Dark n' Stormy's.
Our Barefoot Gourmet can also
arrange a romantic picnic dinner on the beach (your choice of
beaches!) with the one you love or a simple fresh picnic to munch on
after a mornings snorkeling.
Our snappy " a la Carte" service is
a roving room service delivering goods all around 9 Beaches from 11
am to 11 pm. Winter hours are 12 noon until 10 pm. You ask for it -
you get it delivered to wherever you may be - in our room at
Boondocks or even any one of our nine beaches. Just ring a la Carte
from the pre-programmed cell phone you receive upon check-in,
cocktails, wood baked pizzas or even a Greek salad will be right
there.

anywhere else on earth for that matter.
We strive to give you something

HI TIDE
Hi Tide, the main restaurant at 9 Beaches, is located at "Centre
Stage. Expect an eclectic, ever-changing menu with internationally
inspired modern cuisine. Enjoy dishes ranging from a simple crab
cake to a gourmet selection of fresh meat and local fish grilled to
perfection and accompanied with sauces and garnishes influenced by
the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Americas.
Relax and enjoy morning breakfast on
the wide veranda. Then finish your day with a gourmet multi-course
meal served indoors or on the terrace overlooking the beach.
Open 7:30 - 10:30 am for breakfast
and for dinner from 6:30 pm. Reservations recommended for dinner.
UM-UM's
Upstairs from Hi Tide is Um Um's--a full bar and the perfect
place to relax with a cocktail after a day of fun in the sun. The
terrace overlooking the pool, the beach, and the ocean is where you
want to be when the sun goes down.
PIZZA OVEN
In a quest for the best, we installed our very own
wood-burning pizza oven to produce some of the best pizza you've
ever tasted. You can savor a range of traditional classics such as
the Margarita but also unexpected options such as the Seafood with
local fish and fresh scallops. Just what you'd expect from 9
Beaches...the unexpected. Pizza lovers can order from any of our
