Villa 1, 12,000 sq. foot, five bedroom villa, is a private haven for up to ten guests with additional space for two adults or four children. No detail has been overlooked, no comfort too small, no need too big. The staff of ten includes a manager, three butlers, a chef and assistant, two housekeepers, and two landscapers. Their service is impeccable and it simply surrounds you in anticipation of your every need.

Villa 2, a five bedroom villa was completed in November 2003 and Villa 3, a six bedroom villa was completed in November 2004.

The villa is handicap accessible and has five bedrooms for up to ten guests. The villa is fully air-conditioned but also has ceiling fans for those who prefer the natural breezes of Anguilla. The interiors of Altamer have been designed by June Goldfinger within the dramatic spaces created by her husband, internationally renowned architect Myron Goldfinger. June has a deep understanding and love for his bold use of geometry, which is reflected in her interiors. Her touch is distinguished by her commitment to the notion of excellence and uniqueness, which will be seen in Altamer's interiors.

Living Room
The Living Room is truly spectacular with 21' high ceiling. Relax while looking out to the Caribbean Sea and the swimming pool.
The indoor furniture has been designed by June Goldfinger in geometric shaped rattan that has jeweled colored raw silk cushions that you can just melt into your comfort zone.
The magnificent creation of glass and light are combined in the rare Artistic Scavo Lights hand made by a Master Artisan from Murano, Italy. When the lights are switched on, the artwork comes alive in beautiful colors. Ten of the lights grace the walls in scenes of sea life.

An elevator is available from the 1st through the 3rd floors that will accommodate wheelchairs but also for those who find stairs difficult or for guests tired from all the activities of the day.

Game Room

The Skywalk is accessed from the second floor to allow you to lounge, bird watch or catch the sunrise on the sea's edge. - Our "Lover's Lane" is an ideal location for wedding ceremonies. Birds eye view next to the beach for handicap individuals.

Master Suite
The Master Bathroom is decorated with all the finest amenities. You are surrounded by carefully selected Travertine marble placed in this architecturally exciting bathroom. As you immerse yourself in the Jacuzzi for two you can watch television, listen to music, enjoy the walk in Shower also designed to accommodate a couple. The skylights create natural lighting and stargazing from the Jacuzzi.

The Master Suite also has an attached fourth floor balcony that includes a private bar area, office or a optional crib for babies . Pied a Terre 1 and 2
For those looking for additional sleeping space for their group, or for service staff, Altamer offers two self contained Pied a Terres (Garden houses) within a few feet of the villas.

The first is in a barrel shape with over 1,000 square feet of space in a loft design with 1 bathroom with a shower. 2 adults or 4 teens/children can be accommodated comfortably. The house offers lovely views of the garden.

The second Pied a Terre is a two story 3,300 square foot cottage with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a couch in the living room that can be converted into an additional bed enabling a total 6 additional guest accommodations. In addition, the house has a fully equipped kitchen. The views are of St Martin, Caribbean Sea and a salt pond in the distance that doubles as a bird sanctuary. The balcony has a small outdoor Jacuzzi for 4 people.

Brazilian Emerald

Villa 2, An architectural masterpiece designed for entertaining and relaxation, Villa 2 is a 12,000 square foot villa with 5 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and two additional powder rooms for a total of 7 bathrooms.

The living and dining space is ideal for a group of friends, a family gathering or entertaining your business associates. As you enter the room through a rounded hallway, a beautiful curved bar is the centrepiece for the “flower petal” floor plan offering interesting visual stimuli designed to offer views of the sea and St Martin from any direction.

From the table for 14 to the grand piano, this is a space you will never forget. As you exit the building to the balcony you will be delighted with an 18’ x 45’ pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi for 12 people. Many special evenings under the stars will be had by you and your guests.

The entertainment floor is simply a dream come true. The views are endless to the Caribbean Sea as well as being able to gaze down to the open area of the living and dining areas.
