The Terrace
Located in the Great House, The Terrace offers covered, open-air
dining with views of the manicured fairways, Caribbean Sea and
Christiansted Harbor. A complimentary full breakfast is served to
resort guests. Dinner selections feature classical cuisine with
Caribbean accents.
The Terrace Bar
A favorite gathering place for cocktails and conversation
after-hours. A light-fare bistro menu
is available.
The Mermaid
The Mermaid is located beach side, with an extensive lunch menu of
savory seafood and specials, soups, salads and sandwiches, and
gourmet dinners that include all-American favorites, island
specialties and vegetarian. There is also a full bar, including
frozen island favorites and vintage
cocktails.
The Grotto
Grill
Offers lunches including hot dogs, hamburgers and veggie burgers,
served beach side at the Grotto Beach and pool.
Sugar Mill
Long a popular site for weddings, our landmark Sugar Mill is
available for private dinners, whether for a romantic two-some, VIP
event or a family dinner. At once dramatic and cozy, the Sugar
Mill's ancient limestone and slate walls encircle while letting in
the twinkling night sky above. Custom Sugar Mill menus are created
especially for your pleasure.
The Brass
Parrot
Located in the Great House, the air-conditioned Brass Parrot has
panoramic views of the sparkling lights of Christiansted. Ideal for
special events, meetings or receptions, it can seat up to 80 indoors
and 70 on the balcony.
Room Service at The Buccaneer
Room service is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner during
restaurant hours.
Box Lunches
Box lunches may be arranged for island excursions or for
in-flight meals.
Children's Dining at The Buccaneer
The Buccaneer is family-friendly. Children's menus are available
at all restaurants.
Restaurant Dress Codes
Breakfast at The Terrace, lunch at The Mermaid, and The Terrace
Bar: Casual clothing, with covered bathing suits, shirts and
footwear as minimum requirements.
The Grotto for lunch: Bathing suits and bare feet acceptable.
The Terrace Restaurant for dinner: Collared shirts and
knee-length shorts for gentlemen and boys, casual chic for
ladies and girls.

Breakfast at The Terrace
7 am – 10:30 am daily
All resort guests receive complimentary breakfast, served each
morning on the Terrace or occasionally beachside at the Mermaid.
Guests can choose from the elaborate and bountiful buffet, which
includes daily egg specialties and omelet station, breakfast meats,
pancakes, waffles, french toast, hot and cold cereals, freshly baked
breads, muffins and pastries, fresh cut fruit selections, yogurt,
juices and coffee and fine teas. As an option, guests can order
their favorite breakfast, which is also complimentary, from the
kitchen.
Breakfast is included for resort guests; visitors $18.
Lunch at The Mermaid
11 am – 5 pm daily
Soups, fresh jumbo salads, grilled burgers, fresh fish, chicken, hot
dogs.
Wraps, sandwiches and daily specials. Decadent desserts.
