Cliff Spa Suite: Nestled dramatically on the cliffside
between the sea and the resort’s bay is the spectacular Cliff Spa
Suite. This incredible spa hideaway features luxurious private
facilities for both indoor and open-air wet and dry treatments, an
intimate dining area and whirlpool with spectacular views of
shimmering water, the secluded beach below and neighboring islands in
the distance. It can be booked for periods of up to eight hours.

Salt Island Scrub
Pure ‘Salt Island’ salt mixed with tropical scented oils is applied to
the body to stimulate circulation, remove toxins and exfoliate. Leaves

Spice & Coconut Body Bliss
Ideal for sensitive skin, our gently exfoliating and delightfully
fragrant concoction is a blend of freshly shredded young coconut,
local Caribbean spices and essential oils that cleanse and revive the

Mango Pineapple Sugar Scrub
Organic brown sugar mixed with fresh mangoes and pineapple and our

Fresh hand-picked lemongrass from the resort’s gardens is combined

Aloe Mint Glaze
Cool off and re-hydrate your skin from overexposure to the sun and
elements with this soothing hand-made treatment. The properties and
active ingredients of our cooling glaze ease the heat out of your body

Virgin Gorda Goat Milk & Honey Wrap
Our local version of this popular treatment is gentle and aromatic. A
freshly prepared body mask combines local honey, goat milk and
bananas. Honey seals in moisture and protects the skin; bananas, rich
in potassium and Vitamin A, are natural emollients that reduce redness
and puffiness; and milk, rich in proteins, fats, calcium and minerals,
softens and nourishes the skin. Experience this incredibly soothing

Hydraquench Wrap
This treatment begins with a dry-brush massage to the body, followed
by an application of rich seaweed paste containing essential oils and
organic botanical extracts. You are then wrapped to activate the
remineralization of body tissues. After the seaweed mask is removed, a
stress-relieving body oil is applied to remoisturize, leaving you

Mud mask

“aqua” stones massage then follows to further eliminate fluid and
congestion, reduce redness and swelling and relieve tired, aching

Caribbean Breeze Body Facial
Our most luxurious and decadent treatment begins with an exfoliation
using luscious Pineapple Papaya Enzyme Scrub. Next, you are wrapped in
an Organic Sea Enzyme Mask which contains ginger root to detoxify, and
green tea, a powerful antioxidant. As this nourishing mask penetrates
the skin, your scalp is massaged with warm Coconut Kukui Oil. Once the
mask is removed, your body is misted with hydrating coconut milk and
massaged with rejuvenating Coconut Kukui Lotion. This treatment

This is an intensely moisturizing facial that desensitizes skin and

This special service, just for our male guests, begins with an organic
paprika herbal treatment that deep cleans and clears toxins from the
skin. This is followed by a cooling and soothing ice massage. Two
masks prepared from organic Stone Crop plants are then utilized to
help the skin recover from sun and environmental damage and relieve
shaving irritation. Exfoliation, light extractions, a facial massage,

In Thai massage, the therapist “listens to” and senses the needs and

Seaside Scrub & Foot Smoother
Using purified beach sand, sea salt, seaweed and olive oil, we
massage, smooth and soothe tired aching feet. (25 min.)
Deluxe Hand & Foot Therapy
A warm compress prepares the hands and feet for this revitalizing and
energizing treatment. Rough, dead skin is removed and calluses
softened with a scrub of ancient sea minerals, marine extracts and
aromatherapy essential oils that invigorates the skin. This is
followed by the application of a cool, moist, refreshing scented towel
and a massage with lotion containing green tea, sugar cane, ivy, red
algae and soothing botanicals. A finishing spray of tamanu oil,
jojoba oil and Vitamin E ends this superb treatment. (50 min.)
Little Dix Bay Signature Manicure
