Oceanside and Deluxe Oceanfront rooms offer a combined living and
sleeping area, while wooden-shuttered sliding glass doors lead to a
balcony or patio with views of Mount Nevis or the Caribbean Sea.
Significantly larger Four Seasons Executive Suites
offer views of Pinney’s Beach and the Caribbean Sea from the
spacious balcony, with frosted glass French doors secluding the
bedroom from the living room.

partial views of the old sugar mill and the cloud-capped peak of
Mount Nevis. Deluxe Mountain Side Rooms measure 45–52 square

sliding glass doors. The living area features a rattan loveseat, a
glass and rattan coffee table, a marble dining table for two and a

Families and Special Needs
Children under 18 can be accommodated at no additional charge in
their parents’ room or suite in a crib or rollaway, available upon
request. No-smoking rooms are also available. We recommend

Suites
One-, two- or three-bedroom Ocean Suites, on the ground floors,
boast shuttered sliding glass doors leading to furnished patios with
direct access to ocean lawns. The sumptuous, one-of-a-kind Luxury
Suites (the Hamilton and Nelson Suites), on the Cottages’ upper
floors, include two large, teak-furnished balconies with elevated
views of the Caribbean Sea, St. Kitts and the beachfront.
Four Seasons Executive Suite
Overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the
beachfront, Four Seasons Executive Suites may be
converted from one-bedroom into two-bedroom suites. They feature
frosted glass French doors to seclude the bedroom from the living
room. Four Seasons Executive Suites measure 66 square metres (710
square feet) as a one-bedroom suite and 131 square metres (1,420
square feet) as a two-bedroom suite; the balcony adds 35 square
metres (376 square feet) to the one-bedroom suite and 49 square
metres (532 square feet) to the two-bedroom suite. The living area
features a rattan loveseat, a glass and rattan coffee table, a
marble dining table for two and a large mahogany armoire with TV and
VCP. The full marble bathroom includes a separate dressing area, a
deep soaking tub and a separate shower.
Ocean Suite
Situated on the ground level with up
to three bedrooms, Ocean Suites feature shuttered, sliding glass
doors leading to furnished patios with direct access to the ocean
lawns. Available with one, two or three bedrooms, Ocean Suites range
from 82 to 186 square metres (880 to 2,000 square feet); patios add
an additional 47 square metres (504 square feet) to the one-bedroom
suite, 61 square metres (660 square feet) to the two-bedroom suite
and 76 square metres (816 square feet) to the three-bedroom suite.
The living area features a large mahogany cabinet with TV and VCP,
rattan loveseat and chairs, and dining area that seats three guests.
The marble master bathroom includes a separate dressing area, a
double vanity, a deep soaking tub and a separate shower.
Luxury Suite
The Resort's two luxury suites (Nelson
or Hamilton) are ideal for anyone wishing to entertain privately.
Each includes two large, teak-furnished balconies with elevated
views of the Caribbean Sea, the island of St. Kitts and the
beachfront. Available with one, two or three bedrooms, Luxury Suites
range from 164 to 268 square metres (1,761 to 2,881 square feet);
balconies provide an additional 33 square metres (360 square feet)
to the one-bedroom suite, 48 square metres (516 square feet) to the
two-bedroom suite and 62 square metres (672 square feet) to the
three-bedroom suite. The spacious living area features recessed
ceilings and wood plank floors, with a rattan loveseat and chairs
and a large mahogany cabinet with TV, VCP and audio system. The
dining area seats six guests and offers the convenience of a
separate pantry and service entrance. The marble master bathroom
includes a deep soaking tub, double vanity and dressing area; a
guest powder room is located off the living area for convenience.
Homes and Villas
These richly appointed, privately owned homes and villas are
available for rental through the Resort. Two- or three-bedroom Palm
Grove Villas offer views of the golf course and Nevis Peak, nestled
among palm trees near the beach and fairway. Two-bedroom Sunset Hill
Estate Homes provide stunning sunset views of the Resort and the sea
from the shoulders of Mount Nevis. Expansive three-, four- and
five-bedroom Mahogany Hill Estate Homes feature opulent interiors,
landscaped private gardens and terraces overlooking the Caribbean.
