Gaviotas is our beachfront restaurant and bar where we offer buffet and show cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring all-time favorites for the pasta lover or the seafood fanatic and even vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions. Start your day here with an early breakfast, while you watch the sun rise over the ocean; enjoy a mid-day break with an ice-cold beer or your favorite cocktail; then stay a while and enjoy all the activities around the pool. Gaviotas heats up at night when the entire beach and pool area rocks with the latest musical beats from around the world and different kinds of activities. ALBATROS
Albatros is our casually elegant restaurant located right above the pool area, serving exquisite fare combining buffets, a la carte and show cooking with a choice and variety that will delight you. The Albatros Restaurant overlooks the beach and the pool, commanding amazing views of the azure Caribbean Sea and the newly expanded white sand beach. While you enjoy your dinner you’ll have a front row seat for the glorious sunset display. Our very attentive and experienced wait staff will make sure that your dining experience with us is perfect in every way, so you will return to explore the many different styles of cuisine we offer throughout your stay with us. HEALTH, SUSHI & SNACK BAR
Our new Health, Sushi & Snack bar is located beside the pool, overlooking the ocean. We provide a marvelous alternative for our health conscious guests serving innovative light fare with Japanese influences, a great variety of mouth-watering refreshing non- alcoholic beverages and a wide range of exotic juices with Caribbean accents. If you have never experienced sushi before you are in for a wonderful treat. Open: from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.

MARIA'S
Maria's offers refined, innovative and contemporary Mexican cooking in an aristocratic and historical atmosphere. As soon as you arrive, you will see that the décor makes this a special place with a unique charm and ambience. The choice of dishes and the unusual blending of spices are enticing and varied to satisfy all tastes and are served to you by our knowledgeable wait staff. The menu is both a la carte and show cooking. An evening at Maria’s will be a memorable one.

New Gran Caribe Real Cancun Bars

TRADE WINDS
Trade Winds features innovative light fare and snacks with a Mexican touch, offering a great variety of refreshing beverages and a variety of exotic Caribbean specialty drinks. Trade Winds is located right on the beach with a deck featuring swings, hammocks, lounges and double sun beds so you can enjoy the sea breezes, while you sip your favorite beverage. Open: from 9:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.

LOBBY BAR
You have only to walk into the New Gran Caribe Real Cancun Lobby Bar once and you will feel right at home! The staff is absolutely amazing - so welcoming, friendly and energetic. You will immediately feel you belong in this Mexican-Caribbean wonderland. The Lobby Bar is bright and spacious and is located beside the quieter, smaller pool overlooking the lagoon, with views of the ocean and the large pool. There is live entertainment every evening, so it's just the right spot to start off your evening with your favorite cocktail or to unwind at the end of your night out enjoying Cancun’s nearby legendary nightlife. SHOW BAR
We offer a large variety of popular cocktails, soft drinks and prime beers to quench your thirst and refresh you at our show bar, which is located outside the theatre. The show bar remains open during the entire length of the show. Our air-conditioned theatre offers a fantastic selection of professional shows for your entertainment pleasure including Tropical, International, Caribbean, Pre-Hispanic, Mexican and Le Fantastique.
