The Restaurant
Maroma’s fine dining Restaurant offers dramatic, ocean views with Innovative Mexican Cuisine. Guest enjoys delicacies of fresh seafood and regional Yucatan dishes. Meals artfully presented and served on an open-air terrace overlooking the ocean.

Dining features gourmet cuisine by candlelight, soft background music performed by live musicians. Special dietary request accommodated with pleasure. The wine cellar boasts a large choice of the finest wine in the world.

Breakfast, 7:00 am - 11:00 am
Lunch, 11:30 am - 05:00 pm
Dinner, 6:00 am - 11:00 pm

Gentlemen are required to wear slacks and collared shirts in the restaurant. Ladies will feel comfortable in resort wear – dresses, skirts or evening slacks.

Room Service
In-room dining is available from 7am - 11pm everyday.

Light meals available at the beach bar from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Lobster BBQ Wednesday and Saturday (day maybe changed during the year)
